What we collect

Only information needed for legitimate operational and compliance purposes: account details, security licence and credential details, shift and attendance records, reports and evidence you submit.

Location

SEKKI does not track guards continuously. Location may be captured at specific events (such as shift check-in) only where the employing company has a lawful, clearly disclosed purpose.

Who can see your information

  • Each security company sees only its own workspace.
  • Clients see only approved information for their own venues.
  • SEKKI platform staff do not have default access to customer data; any support access is controlled and audited.

Evidence files

Photos and videos are kept in private storage and shared only through short-lived, access-controlled links.
