Refund Policy

Paddle refund policy

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for SEKKI subscription purchases. We adopt Paddle’s Refund Policy, which sets out the applicable refund periods, eligibility and processing arrangements.

Request a refund

Visit paddle.net to contact Paddle about a refund. Have your purchase email and receipt or transaction reference available so the purchase can be located. Do not send card details or account passwords.

Trial and cancellation

The 14-day free trial is limited to 10 active guards and does not itself charge you. Paid subscriptions are charged when you choose and complete paid checkout, then renew on the selected billing schedule. Cancel future renewals through Manage subscription in your SEKKI company account. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
